Once your wireless network is deployed, FWA Solutions provide their customers with aftercare service to ensure that the system continues to perform as expected or take appropriate action in the unlikely event of a fault occurring.
FWA Solutions offers a formal Help Desk facility to manage and log any calls, as well as ensure the correct persons are assigned to deal with the support issue or enquiry.
A range of support contracts are available from FWA Solutions backed up where required with an advanced hardware replacement service from the equipment manufacturers. In the event of a major fault, brand new equipment can be deployed to replace equipment as required.
Maintenance support contracts offered include the following:
- Platinum packages provide a 4 working hour response call out with advanced hardware replacement service and include the costs of all labour required for genuine call outs.
- Gold packages provide a next working day call out with advanced hardware replacement service and include the costs of all labour required for genuine call outs.
- Silver packages provide an advanced hardware replacement service which excludes any labour call out charges.
- Bronze package provides equipment cover only.
